Data needed for your enquiry
The form asks for the buyer’s contact details and, for deliveries, the recipient’s details, address, time window and necessary instructions. The card message is only used to prepare the gift. Recipient data will not be used for advertising. Do not submit sensitive medical information.
Storage & access
Test enquiries are stored in a private database accessible in the owner’s authenticated management area. The basket and preferred city/date are stored locally in your browser; full addresses, emails and phone numbers are not placed in URLs or analytics. Without configured email, no email notification is sent.
Responsibility, retention & rights
Before launch: identify the controller and contact details, document lawful bases, processors, any transfers, retention periods and the rights-request process. These are not yet approved. Use only fictional contact details for testing. The owner can delete test enquiries in management. You may contact the CNIL about your data rights.
