Hillside addresses, gated properties and special access are checked using the full address. Urgent, evening or complex deliveries require agreement in advance.
The handover
If the recipient is absent, we contact the buyer. Flowers are not left outdoors without permission. Redelivery is agreed separately, with no automatic charge.
Where do you deliver?
Our proposed area runs from Cannes to Monaco, including Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Le Cannet, Golfe-Juan, Vallauris, Biot, Villeneuve-Loubet, Cagnes-sur-Mer, Saint-Laurent-du-Var, Nice, Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Èze and Cap-d’Ail. Every address is checked. Menton and Saint-Tropez require an individual quote.
How much is delivery?
Proposed delivery rates are €15, €25, €30 or €45 per address, depending on the zone. The total is specified before any payment. Special access is reviewed in advance.
Can you deliver today?
Requests made before 12:00 can be considered depending on flowers and the delivery route. After 12:00, choose the next day or ask about an urgent delivery. Large creations need 48–72 hours.
Can I choose an exact time?

Do you deliver to yachts?
We propose handover at an agreed accessible point on the quay. Provide the port, yacht, berth and crew contact. The recipient arranges access. Anchorage, tender transfers, waiting and onboard installation are not included.
Can I order from abroad?
Yes, if delivery is within our confirmed area. International phone numbers are accepted. Monaco is available as a delivery country.
What size is the pictured bouquet?
Each product page specifies its proposed recipe and diameter for the displayed price. Current images are AI concepts: dimensions and recipe must be verified with a sample before sale.
Can the composition change?
A significant substitution needs your approval. If you do not agree, an alternative or cancellation with a refund of any amount already paid will be offered.
Is the vase or box included?
The boxes for Écrin and Grand Écrin and the Riviera basket are included. Bouquets do not include a vase. A €25 glass vase will only be offered when stock and compatibility are confirmed.
Can I include a message?
A card with up to 300 characters is included. You may leave it unsigned. For a surprise, please tell us whether we can call the recipient.
What if there is a problem with the flowers?
Contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can review the issue. No two-hour limit restricts your statutory rights. Contact details will be published before launch.
How can I change or cancel an enquiry?
Request a change using your reference. An unconfirmed enquiry is not an order. For future orders, terms will depend on preparation stage and product type, as set out in the approved terms.
Do you offer regular flowers?
For a villa, hotel or yacht, we can prepare a proposal based on location, volume and frequency. This first version has no automatic recurring charges.
